By road
Take the A9 north from Perth or south from Inverness. The
slip road to Pitlochry is well signposted and takes you straight
into Atholl Road, the main thoroughfare in the town. From
here turn into West Moulin Road – this is in the centre
of Pitlochry opposite WHSmith. Follow this road for approximately
¾ mile and you will see The Old Post Office Cottage
on your right a little before The Moulin Hotel on your left.
By rail and bus
Pitlochry has a mainline railway station (with a direct daily
service to London Kings Cross) and there are express coaches
linking the area with most major towns and cities.
